Brigette Brankin, MS - Director of OperationsBrigette is the youngest of Trisha’s daughters and has been a member of the Partners’ team since 2005. She is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, assuring that only the best caregivers are hired to provide care for our clients. It is her responsibility that we meet and exceed all industry employment standards. She knows first hand that our caregivers need to be exceptional because as she says “they provide care for my grandmothers too”.Brigette has a Masters in Mathematics from South Dakota State University and maintains all of our statistics. She is pleased that our client satisfaction is 97% and has earned Partners a 4 Star rating from Life Services Network. |
Kate Graham - Client Services CoordinatorKate is the eldest of Trisha’s daughters and has been a member of the Partners’ team since 2005. Kate is generally the first person that a potential client speaks with regarding their caregiving needs or the needs of a loved one. As she will always say “it’s our family taking care of your family”. She wants to be sure that both the right Care Manager and the right caregiver are paired with each client. This is not just a matter of meeting physical needs. Kate wants to know about a senior’s personality and interests so that there is a compatible match (and if doesn’t work out the first time, let her know; we have over 100 caregivers to choose from).Kate works with over 40 Senior Centers in our service area to inform them about our services and to sponsor events to benefit the seniors they serve. We believe it is important to always “give back”. Kate attended Mundelein College. |
Angie Landmesser - Director of Business DevelopmentAngie is also Trisha’s daughter and a founding member of the Partners team. She has a BA in Theatre & Communication from Loyola University Chicago and has developed all the marketing materials for the agency. Her IT expertise has enabled Partners to utilize the best in technology to allow our Care Managers to spend more time with our clients and less time on paperwork. Electronic records allow us to more easily communicate with families, hospitals and the professional community when our clients have a crisis.Angie serves on the Illinois Board of Continuity of Care as well as the Northwest Region Continuity of Care. She has been instrumental in developing programs that serve residents of senior living communities. She is a frequent speaker at both state and national conferences on the development of quality senior services. |
